Actually, in all honesty this story pisses me off. Another judge is above the law. Do you think the average joe would get the felony charges dropped? Not in this world.

Years ago I used to play basketball on my lunch break with a bunch of doctors from the faculty at the U. of KY. college of medicine. One day in the locker room, we got to talking about doctors with innapropriate names. One of them claimed that his wife was from a small town in Alabama in which 3 doctors opened up a practice together, whose names were "Hurt", "Payne", and "Bonebrake"!!

At about the same time, there was a lady who worked for one of U.K.'s satellite community colleges, whose name was "Gaye Midget". Wonder how that name might have influenced her?

That's hysterical! I had a Dr. Woody look at my injured knee once, and a Dr. Payne gave me my physical about the same time. I thought Dr. Payne ought to be the broken bone guy, and Dr. Woody ought to go into prescribing viagra.

But the serious issue is that this judge got away with a slap. No way in this state in this day and age would anyone else get off so light.
