Geez....I mean how many times can he tell us about his headaches?

He's alive. The guy he hit is still dead. If I were the family of the dead man, I'd be infuriated at this press conference. If he's to have another press conference, I hope it's to say he's resigning.

I can imagine being a family member who is still grieving over the death. Meantime, here's the congressman, boo hoo, boo hoo, poor me and my medical problems.

Resignation is the right thing to do. However, he's a politician and doesn't want to lose whatever power and influence he has before his trial is over. We'll see how much of a man he is and whether he is ready to take his punishment.
