For Clark to put this stuff in writing in public is a gnat's hair short of treasonous.

You would be right, except that there is not a hint of truth in what he says. This is standard Clinton politics. If Bush were to go after him, it would confirm Clarks accusations. All Bush can do is deny it, because the Media is too lazy to demand sources for Clarks statements.

Some of the schoolyard taunt of "Neener neener, I know secrets about you you don't want told!" is going on here. Suppose that Weasely Clark DOES know of some proposed program for taking out one Muslim country after another. From the sounds of it, this program was probably written by the regime of the "Former Occupant of the Oval Office, 1993-2001", in one of their flights of fancy they never meant to carry out.

But as happened on many of the schemes that were drawn up by the "Former Occupant of the Oval Office, 1993-2001", and lie mouldering in a file cabinet somewhere, the Bush Administration is simply ignorning them, as the vast majority of these planning sessions were half-*ssed and had no exit strategy for the objective described.

Weasley Clark is describing no active plans this Administration has under consideration.

I'm truly puzzled. Why would this jerk reveal our country's step-by-step plans to fight terrorism? I think it is treasonous.

Clark blamed as the prime source for terrorism the "repressive policies, poverty, corruption and radical ideology" of U.S. allies in the region, naming them explicitly as Egypt, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

What a complete buffoon, the epitome of liberal idiocy. I guess our policies were responsible for the Massacre of Hindus in Kashmir and the mass murder/slavery in Sudan as well? What a load of utter crap!!

Here's what's really responsible, the bigotry and violence of Radical Muslims (while I say radical, I am still waiting for the throngs of moderate muslims who will surely rise up and denounce the radicals, they must just be delayed right?):

I'm in favor of the "Salting the Earth" principle myself!
