Businesses further undermine themselves with overemphasis on short-term profits and share price growth (often through accounting gimmickry), while de-emphasizing quality, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

That and an overall myopia.

The source of the problem is GOVERNMENT-regulation for no good reason, taxation to the point of confiscation, & etc.

The man whose post I repeated has it NAILED.

No slam need be made on the numbskulls who pay $100,000 for an empty education ( the education lobby is at fault there & the willing sheep are being sheared ). All of 'higher education' has just about hit a wall-they charge ten prices for a hollow sham & the public is awakening to this scam.
