The source of the problem is GOVERNMENT-regulation for no good reason, taxation to the point of confiscation, & etc.
The man whose post I repeated has it NAILED.
No slam need be made on the numbskulls who pay $100,000 for an empty education ( the education lobby is at fault there & the willing sheep are being sheared ). All of 'higher education' has just about hit a wall-they charge ten prices for a hollow sham & the public is awakening to this scam.

The source of the problem is GOVERNMENT-regulation for no good reason, taxation to the point of confiscation, & etc. If, fortuitously, you were able to correct all the government regulations you cited (which would be good), you would still have the corporate governance problems I cited.
Removing the government regulations are neccessary (agreed) but not sufficient (corporate governance needs to return to sound business and economic fundamentals).
Both require fixing.
