Perhaps you could ask for access, beg, borrow, or last resort, hack your way into the state GOP's spanking new database. They've compiled an updated list of Republicans from the Elephant Hunt. With their list you could send out calls for investors/help and if you direct mail the paper, with the database you'll have a large ready made target group.

I don't know - it's certainly an idea. However, I doubt the state GOP would go for it. Doesn't hurt to ask though... Although, another option is to network at events - What might be good is to create the initial issue, and when networking give out copies of it and use that as a basis for asking for help/investing etc. - have a product created, and basically show that you are serious and show what you can accomplish...

Saying "We can do this!" is one thing - saying "See what we can do?" is better, imho...

Thanks for the ideas - you made me think, and I like that!

I wonder what type of concessions the state GOP would want?

If a paper was to tight with the party it may well lose credibility.

What about the Libertarian Party and Constitution Party?
