A friend of mine
Bill Asher, is taking his wife to the Emmys for the first time. He will be in row 17, on the aisle. He should be easy to spot because he's in a wheelchair from knee surgery.
Meredith, his wife, will be wearing a tan dress with Nehru collar. Bill used to be married to Elizabeth Montgomery and produced and directed some of television's most popular shows, including I Love Lucy, Bewitched, Gidget, and Make Room For Daddy.
He was also the man behind the ' Happy Birthday Mr President' with Marylin Monroe.

(There is no shame in being poor, just dressing poorly.)

Yeah, I know who he is. I'll look for them.

I'm looking forward to the tribute to John Ritter. Since I'm on the West Coast I won't be on the thread until later since I don't want to know who wins.
My favorite shows were 24, Alias and CSI.
Just heard some of the dresses will be on Ebay after the show on Clothes Off Our Back page!

You are going to be my favorite person when playing six degree of seperation between myself and all of hollywood. ;)

Will look for your friend. LOL, I still watch reruns of "Bewitched", "Gidget" and my favorite "I Love Lucy"
Have never seen most of the shows that are up for an Emmy tonight. I do watch "Everybody Loves Raymond" and I will be cheering them on, hope they win a couple.
