I remember when Vicki's daughter was killed. It was a horrible murder. Horrors like that make a lasting impression on neighbors.The daughter of one of my husband's co-workers was killed by her husband.It was very hard to accept it really happened, especially because you'd think that men should be protecting their wives and girlfriends, not killing them.

That's what I was thinking last night as I lay awake. Husbands are to treat their wives as Christ did the Church. Christ DIED for the church.
