If you read Judge Lazzara's Order, which does not make Florida's AG a defendant, Judge Lazzara ordered that Crist may intervene. Thus, the daily radio releases from Crist's office that he hasn't decided yet if he will intervene or not. The word "may" leaves it up to Crist. I'll do more fact checking if this post doesn't clear things up.

Thanks so much, but I understand it. It's not my contention that Crist is a defendant, rather Michael Schiavo -- a state representative -- is. Crist's function, however, should he opt to do so, is not only investigatory but representational. IMO
