Thanks so much, but I understand it. It's not my contention that Crist is a defendant, rather Michael Schiavo -- a state representative -- is. Crist's function, however, should he opt to do so, is not only investigatory but representational. IMO

It's better for Terri if Crist does not intervene because of the shoddy exit protocols as they stand today. Here's the order which states that Crist "will be permitted". I hope he continues to stay out of it.

Consequently, in accord with 28 U.S.C. § 2403(b), the Attorney General is advised that the State of Florida will be permitted to intervene in this proceeding for presentation of evidence, if evidence is otherwise admissible, and for argument on the question of the constitutionality of Chapter 765. The Attorney General shall notify this Court on or before October 6, 2003, in a pleading filed with the Clerk as to whether the State of Florida will intervene in this case and participate in all future proceedings.

Accusations on this thread that Crist is "part" of the system to side with hubby are premature and imo, INCORRECT. Every single day, it's the same radio press release from his office: "AG Crist has not decided if he will intervene in the Schiavo matter". That tells me that he's getting flooded with emails and phone calls. He is speaking to the public through the airwaves.

I'm contacting them again.

Drobot was right about continuing to call "keep calling Crist." I'll give him that but Crist is not Terri's enemy as expressed by Drobot.
