Before I ask some questions, I want you to be assured that I want very much for the Schindlers to win custody of Terri.
There are some things, though, I don't understand.

From what I've read, after Terri's collapse & she was released to the Schindlers care, Michael lived with them.

What was the date of her release to them?

How long did they keep her in their home?

What kind of therapy did Terri receive during that time with her parents?

She had a bone scan 13 months after her collapse. Why then? I'm thinking the malpractice insurance demanded it - that Michael only gave a deposition; the case didn't go to court....the award was too swift to have waited for a court date.

As a restaurant manager, did Michael carry medical insurance? On Terri also? Did Terri have medical insurance through her employment?

Any answers you can give me are most appreciated. Thanks. lakey

Unfortunately, I can't give a run through going back over 13 years. I'd suggest that you visit worldnetdaily.com and read what amounts to approximately fou4 to 5 separate stories about Terri Schiavo. You can do a WND search "Terri Schiavo" and they'll all come up.

You asked valid questions. Perhaps they've been addressed on the Terri Schindler-Schiavo Call to Action Thread Part 1. (still going - over 5000K posts).

If you want to be on Terri's ping list, please contact kimmie7.

I can't answer most of your questions, but maybe yesnettv, phenn or one of the others can. But I'll tell you what I can about her bone scan.

She had a bone scan 13 months after her collapse. Why then? I'm thinking the malpractice insurance demanded it - that Michael only gave a deposition; the case didn't go to court....the award was too swift to have waited for a court date.

The bone scan was not ordered for the malpractice. It was ordered because Terri had complained much of pain during her therapy early on. The doctor or physical therapist wanted to find out why.

According to the Complaint of August 30th, the bone scans were were ordered when physical therapy appeared to become too painful.
