"Separation of powers"
Well, I don't think the late Lawton Chiles would have allowed "separation of powers" to have kept him from rescuing a victim of this style execution if the victim had been a part of his core Democrat constituency. Lawton would have "walked right down" to Clearwater and rescued the afflicted one.
I think I know why Jeb won't act. If he tried to act, the case would linger for many more months. He wants to get this behind him, in my opinion.
The fact that George J. Felos and Michael Schiavo were in a fit of laughter after the hearing last Friday showed that they already knew that Bush would not intervene.

I trust I am not alone in this: We will never forget - we will never relent - we WILL seek justice.

We must keep calling Jeb's office & demanding that he act on her behalf.....in some way....With all his resources as Gov. there must be some way he can prevent Terri's murder!
I told Lauren that I had worked very hard for Jeb's reelection especially because of his pro-life position. I said that I expected him to speak out because what is scheduled tomorrow is the 'execution of an innocent disabled woman'.
