This I know: where there is a will there is a way. If he wants to stand up he will find it. There must be something he can do , or he would have said he can't by now.
Why would Hannity have the story tonight and be following it if it were a done deal. I suspect that Jeb is weighing his Presidential ambitions against standing up to judges and not standing up. I am ceratin he is thinking about this as I write.

I think we all really just don't know what authority he has. It only seems logical that he should have some way of stopping such an obvious case of judicial misconduct. But who knows - we are talking about Florida, after all.
