Heavenly Father, we thank You that multitudes have stepped forward on behalf of Terri ... that multitudes have been in prayer for her life, and for the return of a daughter to her parents. Again, Lord, there are those now before the judge, speaking on her behalf. Thank You that all of our utterances before the Throne of Grace still stand for all time ... we have asked for her life ... we continue to ask for her life ... those committed to her life continue to speak before the judge.

May we see the truth of Your word ... that the judge becomes so weary of the constant appearance of one seeking justice, that he grants relief. How we praise You that the one most in authority in the State of Florida has joined the fight. He is an advocate for those he is charged to protect ... look favorably on him and his petition, we pray, for he is fulfilling his obligation. Grace the words of the attorneys ... may they speak to the heart of this judge ... may he be painfully aware of the heartache of grieving parents and their desire to care for their child ... may he be unable to render anything other than justice for Terri.

Lord, we ask that you bind all the evil that would gladly destroy this woman. This evil cannot stand against the power of the Holy Spirit, and we call upon all that is Holy to turn back every evil plan. Hearts have been so hardened that it is beyond our comprehension, yet it is for these hardened hearts that we pray ... save them from themselves, Lord ... be their Redeemer God. Render them incapable of continuing any plan to end Terri's life, for in Your hand is the life of every living thing and the breath of all mankind. Put Satan behind us, Lord, for we plead, and stand, for Terri, in the name of Jesus, we pray, Amen ...

Just coming back on, was dreading it. Thank God you were here with your uplifing prayer, and kimmie 7 and all the other good FReepers. This is so hard. I truly don't know how Terri's parents have withstood this, other than by the grace of God.

CBS, 48 Hours, 60 Minutes. That CBS. There's nothing local yet. The hearing will probably go on until drive time. Terri's attorney usually doesn't speak to the media after hearings but hubby's attorney usually does.

I had my note pad out all afternoon and ended up taking down Rush's statement.

Still waiting for Bay News 9. They've run the same tape loop all day.

It may be underway. First the Judge will look at Felos' motion to dismiss. After he deals with that, the case should move on to Terri's right to therapy.

Another tape loop. Parents want Michael Schiavo removed as her guardian. That right there would be a MIRACLE for Terri. No news from Tampa Bay. Watching Bay News 9. When the hearing is over, they'll post something on their web site.
