Too bad they haven't asked the Indian Gaming Folks for a loan, or did they? It would be a real investment in California plus the name brand couldn't be a better fit.

IIRC, several Indian groups tried unsuccessfully to block use of the "Indian" name via Trademark.

But, why did they put the plant in California in the first place? California is anti-business and the costs are so much higher. Texas would have been much better but Nevada or Utah would also have been better than the ultra-left coast.
