[history]
September 20, 2003 -- Wesley Clark was first in his class at West Point and a Rhodes scholar. He is a decorated combat veteran of Vietnam and was Supreme Allied Commander of NATO before he was fired after a confrontation with Washington superiors. Wednesday, when Clark announced his candidacy for the Democratic presidential nomination, he quickly was compared to another soldier who commanded NATO - and went on to become president of the United States.

The description of Clark as "brilliant"... still looking for a reason why someone would use that word in reference to him.

Did you notice that Bill & Hillary marched this idiot Wesley Clark into Florida to be surrounded by the dumbest Jewish Democrats in South Florida. The Jews, on lock-step orders from Hillary fawned all over this moron Clark. It is really saddening to see American Jews catering to the party that has betrayed Israel, fostered Arafat and his wife. I guess American Jews will repeat history and willingly, through their votes, march lock step into the knife blades of Arab terrorists who will slit their throats and throats of their children in a New York minute. Vote Democrat, American Jews, and you are voting for your own 21st century "holocaust"!

"I like Ike" is a far cry from "cabin boy to the Clintons."

I wonder if Clark isn't doing this intentionally, so that it would greatly reduce the chances of him winning it all....
Reminds me of 1992 and Perot. When Bubba's poll #'s showed him with a commanding lead over Bush the Elder, Perot dropped out, stating essentially "My work here is done."
But then came a late Bush surge, and Perot reentered the race. He used such a stupid excuse, involving the CIA kidnapping his daughter (or some very strange reason along those lines) that any chance of him winning it all went down the tubes.

Not to worry, the General will be going on a listening tour to figure out what to think about anything and everything.
Anyone remember another pol who used the listening tour as a vehicle for her senate run.
