Unfortunately , it is the parents who are ultimately at fault for not monitoring their childrens past times. I have a nephew who is 5 years old. When I was at my brothers house around 10:30 in the evening one night, just chit-chatting away , my nephew was still up ( as usual ) and watching some cartoon network ( sitting about 2 foot away from the 37" screen). I happened to notice the cartoon looked a bit funny, just something struck me odd about it. I guess it was the busty blonde charactor and the male charactor standing there in a towel, surrounded by what looked to be a movie set with a director..........you should see where this is going. I asked my brother what in the world was his kid watching? "I don`t know, just cartoons" he says. Then it hit me. This was the cartoon that has Jenna Jamison ( porn star ) or the likes as some kind of superhero/character. I switched the channel and started a hoopla because my nephew started crying. After explaining what was going on they agreed I did the right thing. Sometimes a little intervention goes a long way to waking people up.

That was "Stripper-ella" with Pamela Anderson on the network formerly known as TNN. The episode I looked in on was too racy and suggestive for children but nowhere near calling in an excorcist over. They even post warnings before and during the show about its content.
The network upheld its end of the "social contract" (most of them have kids, too). You are right that the parent wasn't minding the nephew's actions.
