Partner, I'm not going to waste my time explaining why Schwarzenegger is better than Cruz. If you haven't the tools to figure that out on your own, you're not traveling in my circle and I'm not going to spoon feed you. Doughty to be honest, I always thought that hell would freeze over before I would see from you the above italicized statment.
JMO, you have stepped into the door of true Reagan Republicanism.
Welcome home.

Dane, I know we had some pretty heated arguements in 2000. I would have sold you Buchanan back then if I could have. You know it. I believe it's possible we might not be at war now if we had been victorious. I also believe our borders would be far more well protected.
Look, that's spilled milk. I did what I could and backed off. I believe you will agree that some things Bush has done have been anything but conservative.
I try to be postive about him when I can an critical when I can't.
Ultimately I voted for Buchanan in 2000 because I knew my state was write off and I owed him one. You may not understand it, but when Buchanan was called the next Hitler in March of 1996, it shattered my vision of a party that had been my whole political driving force since 1969. Even after Bob Dole refused to deny that charge against Pat, I voted for him anyway. It's the only time in my life where I've felt dirty after the vote. It took four years to get it out of my system.
Sometimes we've gotta do what we've gotta do. If people were honest with me from the McClintock camp, they'd earn my respect. To a man each of them are lying.
There's more to telling the truth than just the facts. They are spinning and avoiding. I'm glad we can be on the same side this time. I appreciate your comments.
I will tell you though, I think Ronald Reagan would be furious at some of the things taking place to day with regard to trade and some other issues.
Take care.
