Castro's been circling his toilet bowl for ages.
I certainly hope State's Cuban desk has a very thick dossier on Things The US Should Do Immediately Upon Castro's (Imminent) Demise to return the country to the 21st century, freedom, and capitalism -- including meaningful votes.
Jimmy Carter need not apply. (Although I support his going to North Korea to un-build some of their nuclear houses, ones they wouldn't have but for him ...)

If Castro falls under G.W.'s watch, the Democrats may as well forget campaigning in Florida...Cuban Americans, normally a Republican constituency anyway, will trample the media roadblocks to vote for the Commander In Chief.
