[history]
The Ninth Circuit, the appeals court that purged God from the Pledge of Allegiance, has now discarded the recall election, creating a possible dilemma for the Supreme Court. If the nation's highest court reinstates the recall, it could appear crassly partisan. After all, this is the same Supreme Court that used the constitutional guarantees of equal protection and due process to trump state law and settle the 2000 election for President Bush.

Actually, I think Rhinquist ought to give the old 9th circuit a call and tell them if this case ends up in the USSC they can expect their jurisdiction to be limited to San Francisco and LA. All the rest will be given to a new circuit court and there will be new judges assigned to the new court. All 25 will remain in San Fran until they retire. He should also tell them he'll be happy to send them some crossword puzzles to keep them occupied while they wait for something significant to show up in their courts since 25 judges will have little to do in a court that small.

The 9th circuit liberal communists are destroying America. Why aren't the Republican leaders speaking out against there latest ruling to halt the recall vote on 10/7/03?

Why aren't the Republican leaders speaking out against there latest ruling to halt the recall vote on 10/7/03?Perhaps so they can tackle more pertinent issues while the liberals bring out their true meaning themselves to the public to bring the liberal ideals to a slow death.
After all, what better individual freedoms and conservative agenda promotion could one ask for than the 9th's decision?

Would forcing them to live in San Fran until they die be enough punishment for these clowns?

I guess I'm just a softy with a lot of trust and am one who expects the push for the personal freedoms to be reissued politically in due time.

They have made a decision months ago not to expose leftists of any kind. rather, they imply that all is OK in the good ol US. Their silence makes them an accessory to what is happening.
