When my hubby was not much older than that he woke up one night with chest pains. I called an ambulance and he was taken to the ER. This was at our small rural county hospital .... the doctor there said hubby had had a heart attack and admitted him to CCU. I spent nearly 24 hours in that place before someone finally told me that he hadn't. They kept him for a few days and ran a gazillion tests and never found a thing. When hubby went to our regular doctor afterwards, he speculated that perhaps there was an infection in the lining around the heart that caused the pain. Hubby has never had any problems since then.
