Remarkable for it to continue as a hurricane for 5 hours after landfall...

It still looks hugh on the satelite photos, although the eye is not as defined.

Listen, I just was watching the local coverage and they had a live shot from Morehead City/Atlantic Beach; they STILL have winds of 70+ and rain blowing sideways!!!
