So, does anybody know the timing of this?
When will the worst of it hit Northern Virginia/DC?

I read on Weatherunderground that the eye should be over Winchester, VA at around 6am tomorrow. Would imagine N. VA will get pretty exciting from 3-6am.

My understanding is that it's supposed to track to the west of you, up through the West Viginia panhandle into western Pennsylvania sometime tomorrow. I would not want to be living in Front Royal, VA or Hagerstown, MD by this time tomorrow -- I've read in a couple of places that they expect 10 to 12 inches of rain in those areas and just to the west of them.

When will the worst of it hit Northern Virginia/DC? Worst may be now til 3-4 am, Reagan reports gusts to 57 mph. Said doubt will get hurricane winds. (According to WMAL)
Rain may only 2-3 inches.
172,00 w/o power in DC and MD but should increase.
