Peter Paul is back in the United States. If you don't know who is is, read this from Newsmax on September 7th, and then read on to find out how YOU can help finish off the Clinton's once and for all:
___________________________________________________
The Bush administration has quietly done an about-face on allegations that New York Sen. Hillary Clinton broke campaign finance laws in 2000 - with the Justice Department preparing to extradite one-time Clinton fund-raiser Peter Paul to the U.S. as part of a plea deal for his testimony.
Facing charges of stock fraud in the U.S. himself, Paul told reporters in 2001 that Sen. Clinton failed to report $2 million in in-kind contributions to her 2000 Senate campaign - expenses he incurred producing a gala August 2000 fundraiser-tribute to Bill and Hillary in Los Angeles.
Upon his indictment in June 2001 Paul fled to Brazil, where he was promptly arrested by local law enforcement. He has languished in jail there ever since, trying through his lawyers at Judicial Watch to arrange a plea bargain in exchange for his testimony against the New York Democrat.
In a troubling development, Paul was relocated last month to Brazil's maximum-security state penitentiary in Brasilia, where he was placed in the infamous Block F, also known as the "Corridor of Death."
Judicial Watch complained to the Justice Department last week that Paul's life was now in danger. The group's president, Tom Fitton, warned that 16 prisoners have been killed in Block F in the last year alone and that Americans are not very popular among Brazil's most hardened inmates.
"He's already been threatened," Fitton told the New York Post on Sunday.
"It's a mystery why Paul remained in a Brazil jail even after that country's Supreme Court decided he should be extradited last December," the paper noted. "After that, Fitton says he continually pressured officials at the U.S. Embassy to fetch Paul, but they told him they needed 'official' notice from the Brazilian foreign minister before they could do so."
When official notice finally came in mid-August, however, authorities didn't release Paul. Instead he was transferred to the Brasilia lockup while U.S. authorities declined yet again to intercede on his behalf.
But now, apparently fearing a repeat of what happened to key to Whitewater witness James McDougal, the Bush Justice Department has turned on a dime.
McDougal's testimony was to be the basis for an indictment of Mrs. Clinton in 1998. But he died in prison after guards confiscated his heart medication and threw him into solitary confinement, where he suffred cardiac arrest.
The sudden action on Paul's case comes just weeks after reports surfaced that former Hollywood fund-raiser Aaron Tonken has supplied damaging testimony about Hillary Clinton's fund-raising practices.
"I'm a star witness against President and Mrs. Clinton," Tonken claimed in a recent report on his case in Vanity Fair magazine, explaining that prosecutors wanted his testimony about" "fundraising activities that I've done on behalf of the Clintons."
The exact nature of Tonken's allegations against Sen. Clinton remains secret, the magazine said. But the celebrity moneyman is known to have been involved in the August 2000 fund raiser that is at the heart of Peter Paul's allegations.
Paul's extradition to the U.S. is set for Sept. 12 - "if he lives that long," says the Post.

Well, he lived that long, and now he is back in the USA.
EVERYONE call Judicial Watch (I already have), and tell them to get on this one immediately! The more people who call, the more pressure, the quicker and more effectively they will act.
The CORRECT number (not the number you find on their site) is:
202-646-5172
That is not the contribution number, it is their actual Washington office number. Again, it is:
202-646-5172
Call them and tell them:
1) To put out a more detailed press release
2) To hop to it and start proceeding with the rest of the case
3) To look for bookings on major news shows (I bet O'Reilly would be up for this one -- he HATES Hillary)
202-646-5172
The faster we do this, the faster we get rid of Hillary. Now, I know that there are doubters who will no doubt post doom-and-gloom replies about how it is not worth bothering and how CLinton will somehow manage to slide, but that is absolute defeatist nonesense not becomeing FR members.
If we don't act at all, we can be assured that nothing will be done. Inaction is not an option. Call now!
Definitely. If I wasn't a student with no money, I'd register a domain name ASAP. *SIGH* Oh, well. Anyone out there with reasonable HTML skills?
Basically, there should be one representative for every two or three counties in New York. Their job is to get people to visit the web site and read a report that documents all the scandals Hillary has been implicated in, and give an evaluation as to the credibility and severity of each one. Then, the New York City chapter should put pressure on the Times to print a full-page ad for the site, or even possibly a copy of the report.
If this can be kept up, we can be reasonably sure that the people of New York will be outraged enough to spread their fiery anger into the rest of the country, thereby sending Hillary's long, cursed political career up in smoke.

Her name is Hillary Clinton. She can and will be defeated.
The Democrats should be more afraid of her, they have everything to lose.
Careful, she's watching!
I can think of plenty of crimes that would cause liberals to stop voting for her.
Stopping a woman going into an abortuary.
Now that's funny!
If only.
Yes we do!! Details!
Good point.

Hmmmmm....
A former partner to the creator of Spider-Man and the Incredible Hulk appeared in federal court yesterday after he was extradited from Brazil on charges of orchestrating a scheme the Green Goblin would have been proud of. Peter Paul - a convicted con man who co-founded the Internet company Stan Lee Media Inc. with comic-book genius Stan Lee - had fought extradition from a South American prison since his arrest in August 2001 for weaving a web of deceit to snare himself $25 million.
Paul drove Stan Lee Media into bankruptcy by conspiring to pump up the company's value and then dump thousands of shares of stock, according to court papers filed by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Kenneth Breen and Michael Cornacchia.
But the alleged swindler, who announced his intentions to act as his own lawyer yesterday, wants the world to believe he's the hero of this story.
For years, Paul has accused the feds of persecuting him to stop him from blowing the whistle on illegal campaign contributions he claims he gave to Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton.
SPIDEY STOX 'SCAMMER' TO SPIN TALE IN COURT (Peter Paul alert)
He has spoken up, and so has Tonken...
The sudden action on Paul's case comes just weeks after reports surfaced that former Hollywood fund-raiser Aaron Tonken has supplied damaging testimony about Hillary Clinton's fund-raising practices. And the FBI has acted on it already, from June 2002:"I'm a star witness against President and Mrs.
Mr. Paul's money funded the August, 2000 production of The Hollywood Gala Farewell Tribute To President Clinton, which featured many Hollywood stars. Mr. Pauls support for the event was also publicly denied by Mrs. Clinton in The Washington Post and in a debate with then opponent Rick Lazio. The government is seeking the cooperation of Mr. Paul, who is in a Brazilian prison pursuant to an U.S. extradition request on alleged stock and bank fraud. Mr. Paul has already provided evidence to Justice Department investigators in Brazil about the criminal activity of Bill and Hillary Clinton. Mr. Paul told the Department of Justice about the documents and storage facility ten months ago, and had provided them with documentation (checks, videos, financial statements) of his work for the Clintons in early 2001. Mr. Paul donated the over $2 million to the Clinton campaign as part of a $17 million offer to Bill Clinton to work with him after he left the Oval Office.
New York Sen. Hillary Clinton surely hopes that history isn't repeating itself with the raid conducted by the FBI last month on another warehouse; this one chock full of documents from her 2000 Senatorial campaign."The documents were seized in a May 30 raid of a California storage facility containing documents of Peter Paul, the entrepreneur who funded Hillary Clinton's Senate campaign with over $2 million dollars in direct, in-kind contributions which were never reported by Hillary Clinton or her Senate campaign, as required by law," revealed the public interest law firm Judicial Watch in a press release late last week.
