It's about time someone spoke out against this group! I deal with these as-sholes all the time.. Constantly making death threats against my users, in fact, IMHO, it's the preferred method of intimidation on the part of FreeRepublic members. It is real sad that the FBI refuses to so much as deal with Threats in Interstate Communications of terrorist nature from these Radical Right Wing Extremists at FreeRepublic. We have taken to posting all of the personal info we can find on the ones making the threats as a result of inaction on the part of the FBI. The FBI will really be hating the day I testify to the Senate Committee on the Judiciary on how many of such death threats have gone undealt-with at the FBI. This creature certainly has a high opinion of his own credibility and authority. He assumes a. he will somehow be called to testify b. The United States Senate will accept his claims at face value and take action against the FBI on that basis. Of course, personal authority is the basis of all forms of lefty rhetoric; inherently so since authority and control are the unvarying objectives of left-wing politics.

I personally contacted the FBI and Vermont State Police to report the crime. I have seen posts where they recount the vandalism they've committed against groups they don't like. I personally contacted the local police department where these activities were reported to have taken place. I have seen posts where they advocate violence against those who don't agree with them. I've passed on their looney death threats to local authorities. Anyone with 10 minutes and Google can find this out for themselves. You can say what you want- the truth is that the charges leveled against FR are completely true- there's NOTHING positive about that site. I bet if the Mayor were SERIOUS about looking into this- the first thing he should do is have the police research how many complaints have been filed against FR across the nation. THAT would tell the REAL story.
