I heard today on a talk radio show, Tom Sullivan, KFBK, that the Clinton/Carter black robes based their decision on a study done by some professor examining that people of color and low incomes are too stupid to vote. How would he know? I thought voting was private. How does he know so many minorities have voted incorrectly? Are they given a different color ballot?

Will the court next give minorities 20 extra vote credits just like the Michigan State?

They talked about the study on John and Ken's show in L.A. It was done by some kook at Berkeley. He based his research on some people telling him they are not sure how they voted. Totally unscientific info gathering. What a total fraud. Minorities should be outraged that the ACLU thinks they are too stupid to breathe.

Some punch ballots are still being used in some counties. They are claiming that those counties are primarily minority. Minorities should be outraged that they are treated like helpless little children by the left.

Whad'ya nuts? They love it! Didn't you see all those wide grins at the “church” Clinton and Davis showed up on Sunday? They love being led by the nose just like cattle. Clinton just about said, don't make fools of yourselves and vote for recall.

The California Constitution states that a recall must happen within 60-70 days if you have the signatures. Question; If the delay is longer than said time period doesn't it negate the petition?
