Israel is the best friend our nation has.
We better not leave them twisting alone in the wind

I couldn't agree with you more.

How dare you try and denigrate Israel
To: FoxFang
I agree with you, but Israel is in the fight of their lives against Radical Islam.
They need help

I don't think that we'll cut the aid to Israel. This threat is only a diplomatic slap on the wrist, to show Sharon that unilateral actions will not be tolerated.
Even though Israel should defend her self, and Arafat should be removed instantly, our defense plan cannot accomodate an even angrier Arab population.
It's bad PR you see. When the anger over Iraq subsides, then Arafat will be dealt with in a manner becoming of his position as a leader of a people.
Marginalization of Arafat is going to take covert action by the CIA-Mossad. His own people must reject him. If he is killed or ousted by force, the perpetual violence of Palestinian terror will increase.
I think Bush and Sharon have a plan here.

" Israel weather a deep recession and fiscal crisis."
The home of the Centrino chip for laptops as well as great science, none of which a single Arab state can match except while masturbating.
Lets get the show on the road and tell the Oily corrupt Mideast that the gig is up and they are all on the wrong side of history.

Lapel pin or decal for $2.50/ea including shipping and handling. Donates to a good cause (Jerusalem Prayer Team) and lets them know what we stand for. Jerusalem Prayer Team

DON"T BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS YOU!!!
But the other hand is feeding twice as much to your enemy who has sworn to wipe you from the face of the earth.
So confusing, but I've yet to see the Israeli government make part of their constitution the obliteration of their Arab neighbors, as is the so-called Palestinian.

My heart aches for the people of Israel but I'm not sure taking out Arafat (as much as I would like to see that SOB gone) would be a wise move. It would only escalate the attacks onto Israel by other Arab and Muslim nations.
I know, easy for me to say because I don't have to live there and face terrorists attacks day in and day out. Are there any other solutions that anyone could offer up?

Yes,
the US should butt-out. It is the US taxpayers' billions that keep the Israelis from defending themselves.
Israel will lay waste to the lands of their enemies.
There will be no rebuilding for them

I fear you may be right! We need to stay out of it and allow the people of Israel to defend themselves.
