I think you are wrong. SCOTUS will hear this and probably by the end of the week. The difference in NJ was that the State Supreme Court had made a ruling according to State Law which was upheld by the feds. Here the State Surpreme Court has already stated that the election must go on and the Feds have overturned the State Courts. Thus it is now a federal issue. My guess is that it will be 9-0 to overturn this stupid 9th Circuit. The election will go on.

you wil never get a 9-0, the SCOTUS liberals know exactly how they are supposed to vote. they would force a 5-4, and the Dems would have it as a campaign issue.
