you wil never get a 9-0, the SCOTUS liberals know exactly how they are supposed to vote. they would force a 5-4, and the Dems would have it as a campaign issue.

Since this was only 3 out of 35 judges, can't they go for a complete 9th circuit vote and bypass the SCOTUS.

We have been set-up by the best. I agree it is now being rewritten for an election issue. Unbelievable! I wouldn't fall for the trap. The opinion was written to be appealed. I'd rather have California have to keep Grey Davis then open up that can of worms again.

Don't go to the SCOTUS. It's a trap.
