there is a difference in this case from NJ...NJ was a state court...9th is a Federal...the USSC had BETTER be concerned about a Federal court...frankly, they should have no jurisdiction, it's a state matter. That might be their ticket out, they can void the 9th's ruling since it is a state matter. I know the 9th is involved since FEC gets involved, but that might be seen as weak in this case.

Keith, the USSC has appellate jurisdiction over both federal circuit courts of appeals and the 50 state supreme courts -- Article III of the US Constitution.
That does not mean they will hear this case or take any other action, it just means that they have jurisdiction.
