Freeper Interview Series: Flurry
Patriot Paradox
Posted on 09/15/2003 5:05:39 AM PDT by sonsofliberty2000
The latest interview in the Freeper Interview Series is now up at Patriot Paradox. The interview is with Flurry, and here are some highlights:
What strategies do Conservatives need to put in effect to win the votes and hearts of Americans?
Not enough room to answer that. But in summary we must inform and educate. I pray we don't resort to in your face Democrat tactics. I pray that through calm and deliberate dialog we will prevail. The Dem hopefuls last night accused George W Bush of causing the mass extinction of dinosaurs.
Any stories of flying you'd like to share? Close calls or such?
I am an extremely careful pilot and really haven't had any close calls because I don't take chances. Flying is inherently dangerous so no need to act stupid. If your mind isn't clear, stay on the ground. On a clear smooth day I feel closer to God the second I leave the ground. You can't help but see the magnificence of all he has given us. The landscape, the mind to figure out flight, it's awe inspiring for me.
What lessons have you learned from life?
Life is hard, unfair, too short, and fun. If I can't make you a friend, you don't want a friend.

The FIS is an series of interviews with Freepers to help us understand where our compatriots are coming from. Interviews will be posted twice weekly and we hope this helps us unite and stir up the conservative base. If you have a suggestion of a Freeper who merits interviewing, let me know by Freepmail. Suggesting your own self is perfectly acceptable.

I still relate pecans to poison ivy. I know it's silly but it is as real as anything.

On one of the threads I misread and thought you were giving an Opus. I'm glad to find out I was wrong.
Great Job!!

Did you forget the sarcasm tag? But I really like calm and deliberate on most matters vs the Clintoon tactic, "It's the economy stupid..." routine. There are times that "in your face" is the way to go most conservatives do it well. To me that is a big diff in us and them.

I'm waiting for the flame war from the atheists who always think I'm stupid for believing. I plan to ignore all atheist flaming me.
