The LA Times ran a story on Saturday reporting that Tom McClintock told Congressman Dan Burton that he wouldn't pull out, that he would be fine with a democrat win this time, as it will set him up to win in 2006.

I didn't believe it, as I am always unlikely to believe anything in the LA Times, but it looks like it's the McClintock supporters' talking point of the weekend.
