BATON ROUGE - With the Oct. 4 primary now less than three weeks away, the seven major candidates in Louisiana's gubernatorial race say it's all about jobs.
Candidates agree efforts must be made to improve the state's tax laws and business climate to encourage new businesses and industries, expand businesses and keep them from moving to neighboring states that have more favorable business climates.
