I tried milking a cow when we went on a family vacation to our farm in upstate N.Y. It was a disaster, but we had a lot of laughs. Just knew you would be better at milking cows then I

LOL, never churned butter but I bet I would be much more successful at doing that.

My brothers are Engineers, another thing we have in common.

Fun project. Take a glass jar. Baby food jars are PERFECT! Stick it in the fridge to get nice and cold.

Fill it halfway with whipping cream. SHAKE! Shake for around 30 minutes.

When it starts to get thick and creamy, pour off the liquid floating at top (drink it, YUM, buttermilk)

Voula! Fresh butter!
