Fun project. Take a glass jar. Baby food jars are PERFECT! Stick it in the fridge to get nice and cold.
Fill it halfway with whipping cream. SHAKE! Shake for around 30 minutes.
When it starts to get thick and creamy, pour off the liquid floating at top (drink it, YUM, buttermilk)
Voula! Fresh butter!
