Please vote for Tom McClintock. He's the choice of true conservatives everywhere. . . Like me.

Cardinal Roger Mahony will be the next Pope. Don't scare me like that.

My God Thanks for the compliment. But, I'm no deity nor have I ever claimed to wield deific powers.
you really are having TRM-Total RINO Meltdown.
Why won't you answer my question - How do you intend to stop "Arnold groupies" from posting here?
This isn't funny, this is just sad. I have no intention, nor desire to stop you Groupies from posting
Then why did you say you did?

I don't think anyone is demanding perfection from our conservative candidates. But is impossible for me, and apparently many others, to try to swallow as a conservative a candidate that is for abortion, against gun rights, for higher taxes, and against debating issues publicly. I don't demand perfection, let's just say that McClintock is closer to perfection (from a conservative policy standpoint) than your guy. You and Arnold may be willing to rationalize away those points as being the only way to ensure a Republican victory. To me, those points are more than just bargaining chips. They are core beliefs that I do not choose to waver from. I'm sorry you believe to the contrary.

Ah, the LA Times poll again. Sure a lot of alleged "conservatives" now taking what they read in the LA Times as gospel.

They both "face/faced" hmmm, I see. So since he is going to win, in your opinion, how will he deal with it? Can I expect him to keep his promise to not raise taxes unless its a terrorist attack/earthquake?

1. He was divorced. Do social conservatives support divorce? When SchwarzenKennedy makes a policy statemnt on divorce, i'll comment on that position...but compared to flagrant and frequent philandering (makes him a TRUE Kennedy, btw...) a legal divorce seems to be a personal choice...and all you Arn-holes ARE for choice...right?
2. He's not running in this election.
No, but the closest to him IS...McClintock.
Who is "SchwarzenKennedy?" I know of no one with that name running in the California recall election.
Try harder...here maybe this quote will help..."And on Sunday, the LA Times reported that Robert F. Kennedy Jr., cousin of his wife and an environmental extremist, is Mr. Schwarzenegger's new point man on the politics of logging and global warming."
Care to debate ISSUES now?

I don't suppose you've noticed at all that the vast majority of your pro-Arnie fellow travelers have deigned to post on this thread?
They at least are smart enough to not try and defend this claptrap.
But I suppose you just can't help yourself...
To: strela
Then why did you say you did? The strawman beating continues, (that poor strawman, he's the real victim here) I meant for the good of the party this Orwellian BS must be discredited. Not that we have to, you and your ilks' own tantrum throwing words do that just fine and dandy.

I don't think anyone is demanding perfection from our conservative candidates. I suspect that if Tom McClintock were any threat to Cruz Bustamante's candidacy in this race, we'd all be hearing some very interesting things about him from the pen of the Rat sleazemill.
To me, those points are more than just bargaining chips. They are core beliefs that I do not choose to waver from.
Then you are going to hold out for the full loaf instead of half a loaf. I suspect you are going to get mighty hungry before that happens though. Careful you don't starve before your mythical "perfect" social conservative comes along who is able to win.

Arnold does what his advisors tell him, not what he thinks is right.
His sudden opposition to partial birth abortion is a clear example of this fact.

This is the biggest crock of s**t I've seen on FR is quite some time.
This Bruce Walker appears to dwell on the outer limits of the twilight zone.
To: Itzlzha
When SchwarzenKennedy makes a policy statemnt ... I don't know of anybody by that name running in the California recall election.
(personal attacks deleted)
No, but the closest to him IS...McClintock.
McClintock hasn't got a prayer of winning. Schwarzenegger does.
Try harder.
I have. It didn't help. Use the names of real candidates running in this race.
Care to debate ISSUES now?
Coming from somebody who floats the names of mythical candidates, a request to "debate issues" is laughable.
