What I said before applies to you as well. But different to those who have birthday today, you know that the incident on Dec 7th 41 (and in particular the response) led to a "happy end". Today, we do not know that there will be a "happy end". We hope that all terrorists will be captured and punished, we hope that our republics and peoples will not go down, but we don´t know it. The victories in Afghanistan and Iraq are not the end. They´re the end of the beginning.

My friend's daughter's birthday is 9/11. When she turned 10 last year she cried and said "I don't think I should celebrate my birthday anymore!" I choked up. We told her that all the people who died that day would want her to celebrate her birthday - and life. I think she feels better about it today, turning 11.............
