Maybe I'm a little off, but I thought she used the crowbar in the movie to knock down the wall. I kind of thought she was using it to make the spare room for Jessica Tandy's character to live in. As stupid as her hubby was, she should have knocked him upside the head. He would have seen the light after that. Or not! Hehehe!

Thank you for sharing what you've written. Well done!
None of us will ever forget what happened two years ago today. All of us were affected in different yet very deep ways by what happened.
That is so true!

Isn't that what I said? LOL ("...she grabs a crowbar and starts tearing down a wall in her house.") Tearing. Knocking. Puh-TAY-toes/Pa-ta-toes. ;)
As stupid as her hubby was, she should have knocked him upside the head.
I agree! I think that's why I thought it was significant that she started the crowbar stuff without him around. I don't think the wall was the only thing she wanted to change.
Paraphrasing: "I'm older than you and I have better insurance." A classic from the film, too! ;)

Get some sleep! You needs them good dreams!
That's what I'm gonna do. (And I'm going to go pray for a productive and safe 9/11!)
Laterssssssssssssssss ... I'll be bahck! (Note to those in California: The use of "bahck" in no way should be construed as a political endorsement of any kind. Had I wanted to make a political statement, I would have said, "Gas up the SUV and go for a ride!" or "If God wanted somebody with thick ankles to be in the White House, I'd be running for President in 2008." That isn't what happened. Therefore, and thus, and so on.... G'nite.) ;)
