I didn't have the moving around you experienced as a child, but I can understand the idea of staying in one place.
Except for summers on the west cost of Florida I spent the first 22 years of my life in NYC (born there, family still there) and the next 21 in Delaware. I like Virginny very much!!!

We appreciate those who like the State for what it is, as compared to those northerners who come down and try to make Virginny a replica of the State they just left.
