Yup, I'm a NooYawk gal!!! Brooklyn, to be exact. I have had no desire to visit fo a while and definitely know I would never live there again.
Last time I was there was 1998 for my 20th class reunion. I left in 1982 and to be honest, never really looked back.
I had discovered when I was about 15 or 16 I liked rural living and although I had dreams of being the "next" Barbara Walters (face time and money-not politics) I chose rural/small town. It suits me better.
