I think so too...I moved to Richmond in '85 and have been here ever since...after growing up a Navy brat and moving every 2-3 years, I like staying in one place and Virginny's as good a place as I've come accross.

I didn't have the moving around you experienced as a child, but I can understand the idea of staying in one place.
Except for summers on the west cost of Florida I spent the first 22 years of my life in NYC (born there, family still there) and the next 21 in Delaware. I like Virginny very much!!!
