I believe he's simply saying that we've gotta confront the enemies of America and it's best that we confront them on their turf instead of involving innocents over here. Plus, we've got our best folks over in Iraq and if the suicidal anti-liberty zealots wanna congregate there to battle, then, "Bring 'em on!!"
