Dear God, ANOTHER vote of FEAR!!

Bottom line: McClintock has to be the leading Republican on October 7th to get my vote. If he cannot achieve that, then I am not going to split the GOP vote and elect Bustamante.

If McClintock persists and splits the vote, then I will simply seek to pay him back in his own preferred coin. Why do you complain about me treating him in whatever way he decides to treats me?

Why don't you work like a maniac to get Tom elected?

Why the f*** should I have to work like a maniac for Tom, when he's showing no sign of working like a maniac himself? He's hoarding his tribal gaming money (that he got from Bustamante supporters) for another campaign down the road, instead of trying to win this one.

Why are you being influenced by the polls?

Because I am attempting to ensure that Bustamante is NOT elected governor.

How do you know they are the up and up?

Unless you subscribe to the theory of a Vast Austrian-Wing Conspiracy, Hillary, the polls that are usually accurate vis-a-vis election results are fairly consistent showing Arnold in the lead over McClintock.

How can anyone who claims to be a conservative vote for this guy? You people can no longer count on the so-called "base" to pull your RINO chestnuts out of the fire no matter how many names you call us.

You people can no longer count on the real base--the 90% of the GOP you insult, heckle, and spit on for not obeying every whim you get--to actually support anything you want, or to give a damn if you continually choose to get 0% of what you want instead of 50-90%. You want 0%? FINE! That's exactly what you'll get!

The party left us years ago.

Then you had BETTER pray that they never figure out a way to win and then succeed in governance without your fraction of the vote, because if they do, they are NOT coming back, and you're going to spend the next few decades getting nothing from either party.

Arnold is actually polling 39% of the Republican vote and NOT 90% as Poobah well knows. A lot of the 39% consists of the starstruck and gullible.

"You people can no longer count on the real base--the 90% of the GOP you insult, heckle, and spit on for not obeying every whim you get--"

Wow, you people who constantly insult those of us who vote on principle rather than expediancy are the ones who use the clintonian approach of insults and personal vilification and you accuse us of name calling! I defy you to find an insult I hurled at you or your kind! So typical of liberals, accuse those who disagree with you of using the liberal's own mode of discourse. Unless, of course, you consider exposing yourselves as liberals an insult.

"Then you had BETTER pray that they never figure out a way to win and then succeed in governance without your fraction of the vote, because if they do, they are NOT coming back, and you're going to spend the next few decades getting nothing from either party."

They will Never figure out how to win w/o it's conservative base because they are too busy being clones of the democrats with their me tooism. Our "fraction" of the vote must be extremely important or why else do they want Mc to withdraw?
