Hayes, 54, was the 21st inmate executed this year in Texas, which leads the nation in carrying out capital punishment. I'll be impressed when Texas exeutes 21 inmates in one month.

I'll be impressed when Texas exeutes 21 inmates in one month. We're taking out the trash as fast as we can with the judicial system that is in place.
Amnesty International is impressed. They describe Texas as a 'conveyor belt of death'.
