Okay... Dick Morris just predicted Arnold will lose. Looks like he will be the next governor. I can't think of a better contrarian indicator than MorrisNo one has been a worse prognosticator than Mossis during the past 10 years. Awful, just awful... So, I'm sure you're right!

Tom made it quite clear - voters are smart enough to figure out that if he is running a distant 3rd in the polls - people will just naturally gravitate to Arnold. He stated that openly - how could anyone have misinterpreted what he said ..?? unless they misinterpreted on purpose.
Tom believes we're smart enough to figure it out ourselves.

There does seem to be a lot of venom towards Tom.
Golly, maybe if conservatives hold that much sway, the Republicans better relearn the lesson taught them by Perot and get back to the right and STAY THERE if they want to win.

If Arnold has 10% more than Bustamove (enough to beat him), why does it make you so mad that McClintock won't drop out? Did you miss this??? Still waiting for an answer.

No. I was responding to the post which said that I was either a traitor an idiot. I said that I was no traitor. (Get it? I didn't say that I wasn't an idiot. Funny huh?) The post was removed by the moderator, otherwise you could have read it, and then maybe you would have laughed too. The user also said the same about Bush, whom I support. So I posted a good photo of Bush just to add fuel. Anyway, I hope that is all cleared up. Maybe later I will offer up something which you deem offensive enough to provoke a virtual 'throttling'. I did not call president Bush a traitor. He's the man!

Thank you, evets, for your clarification. Please accept my apology for coming on too strong. And thank you for defending the President. You're right, he is THE Man. (BTW, you're most definitely NOT and idiot - grin.)

First of all - Hello Cyncooper! (have not had the pleasure)...
Now on with the flame war...
Since you completely misrepresent Schwarzenegger's positions your point is moot.
Which positions have I misrepresented here? I respectfully request that you let me know which has been misrepresented...Please pick the numbers that apply...
1. He is Pro-Gay
2. He is Anti-Gun
3. He is against Prop 54 (spanish station), however Wilson says he is for it...
4. He said he would not support the illegal driver's license referendum.
5. He is Pro-Choice.
6. He has said illegals should be allowed to stay here.
7. He did only last night take a somewhat diluted no new tax pledge...so if that was your point, he said that after my post.
8. Buffett, Lowe, Reese are liberals. Your point that Lowe supports the war in Iraq is proof that liberals can sometimes put Country in front of Party.
BTW, Lowe came out strong in defense of the war in Iraq and stated that the best way to support our troops was to support our commander in chief. This was back in February or March. Now, he supports President Bush and now Schwarzenegger, so I protest his name being presented as proof that whoever he supports must be a lib.
If in fact Lowe (who is a Democrat) did come out for the war, that is good. However, the Governor has no say on anything that goes on it Iraq, but does have a say on social programs and taxes. Democrats in this State are very liberal with regard to social programs and taxes...if Lowe is not liberal, perhaps Lowe should change Parties...
This thread is long since dead but I thought I would set the record straight...
Have a nice day!!!

Thank you for making me smile on what can be a sad day.
I'll just address the Lowe business right now:
Celebrity Hawks
March 4, 2003
Excerpt:
Rob Lowe, Sheens former co-star on The West Wing, told Fox News Channel's "Fox & Friends" on Monday that Americans should support our armed forces, and that the best way to do that is to support our commander in chief.
