"Police allegedly found a copy of the Lowe tape at Reubens' house while investigating a now-discounted complaint lodged against the erstwhile Pee-wee by a 14-year-old boy."
http://www.eonline.com/News/Items/0,1,11063,00.html?tnews Rob Lowelife is not someone to be touting as an authority figure. Here is a guy who only spent 20 hours of community service for videotaping sex with a 14 year old. Sick.
To: Stew Padasso
There, exactly, that's my point. ;-)
To: Ceoman
Um, How about Arnold step aside so a real conservative can run?

Padasso, let's use correct terminology, shall we?
I am not "touting" Lowe as anything beyond pointing out that he supports President Bush, and now is supporting Schwarzenegger.
I see you are harping on old interviews and now this videotape, which I was well aware of, from years ago. That's relevant only as far as discerning if the person in question---Schwarzenegger, and now Lowe--have made changes for the positive in their lives. Apparently, both have.
Some of us recognize that people can make mistakes and wrong choices and then can turn their lives around and look outside of themselves. Some others evidently feel one must never err else they are damned for all time.

I know I know. Just so long as they claim to be Republicans.

Pretty far-reaching mud you're throwing there, trying to link PeeWee Herman with Arnold.... one of the lowest things I've seen here yet.
If that's the best argument you can make for supporting McClintock, you must not think you have much of a case.

It was linking Pee Wee's tape collection with Rob Lowe the new Republican. Sorry but these people have checkered pasts.
To: Tamsey
Buyer beware. Arnold's own words and actions should give you pause, and the people who are suddenly Republicans is enough to make you wonder. But hey, like it or not this is the new RP, the voters will decide, unashamedly star struck and all, but still voters.
To: PhiKapMom
What gives, don't want the rest of us to know who you really are?An excellent segway.
Drop by the get-together in Fresno on Saturday. You'll get a chance to meet us all.
You are cordially invited but we leave our attitudes and our weapons at home.

I'm listening. Sean has had a chip on his shoulder throughout this entire interview. I can't believe how condescending he soundsWRONG. Shean's doing a great job of asking him the tough questions and making him squirm until he provides a straight answer, which of course, he still ducked.
His comment about not withdrawing under any circumstance, and saying the only positive things that Arnold has were policies he adopted from Tom were utterly egotistical IMO.
To: Dave S
No, the interesting thing about the "Survey USA" poll is that
Republicans (Arnold, McClintock & Ueberroth numbers) have an incredible 61% of the vote. Possible only if some of those "Republicans" are actually anti-Davis Democrats lured by Schwarzenegger's star power and liberal social positions. Gotta go - Arnie is on the 11pm showing of O'Rielly's "No Spin Zone".

Sean Hannity is just another one of those RNC shill talk show hosts. The only prominent host that still seems to have any self-respect is Rush Limbaugh...Love the way you McClintock supporters have this scorched-earth policy. Blast all conservative commentators (except Rush), blast all supporting Arnold, etc. Give it up already, it's getting really old. You folks really are like little kids who won't play a game unless everything goes your way... I prefer Tom's politics over Arnold's head over heels, but I strongly prefer Arnold over Bustamante, and the sooner you folks realize it's a 2 person race, the better.
To: NormsRevenge
I agree, Sean was talking over Tom a couple of times. He tried to hide his true colors, but.Why do some of you flat out LIE?!?! I listened to the whole show, and although Sean's questions were pointed, at no time did he interrupt Tom, until Tom tried numerous times to dodge the question...
It's amazing how some of you resort to Dem style antics, like bending the truth, to serve your candidate...

Yes, "suddenly" Republican for 20 years but just moderate enough to be palatable to an enormously liberal electorate.
Read the numbers and weep, and cut out the vile garbage politics that belong over at DU.

FYI, Sean began the recall process backing McClintock and he was not happy with Schwarzenegger. It is possible you are hearing something that was not there, (like hostility) since he was an admirer of McClintock and I don't think that has changed. Like many Republicans Hannity has concluded that Schwarzenegger has the best chance. It seems to me McClintock cannot bring himself to say one gracious thing about his opponent, and his supporters are focused on demonizing Schwarzenegger and any who support him.Exactly!
To: truthkeeper
sean is a cookie cutter "republican" marketed for the masses.
To: Tempest
I wish Tom would follow through and quit the Republican party. He gives it a bad name. Perhaps he could start his own party or more appropriately, cult. Lord knows that his followers would qualify for cult status.Tom's whole strategy is to attack Arnold, while not saying a negative thing about Bustamante. Arnold said he'd run a positive campaign, and thus far, the only person he's been blasting is Davis... Kudos to Arnold on this front.
To: NYC Republican; Tamsey
Okay... Dick Morris just predicted Arnold will lose. Looks like he will be the next governor. I can't think of a better contrarian indicator than Morris.
