Wake up, psuedo gangs mean they aren't really gangs more like packs that hang around beat up kids real bad with steel toe boots, knives, and baseball bats, and sometimes guns, not for drug trafficing as much as to prove how tough they are. Now where have you been Porterville? White kids are sweet. They don't committ any crimes. I guess since we know some of the victims are hispanic and some perps are as well, I wonder if people will still consider hispanics to be white, or will they relegate them to the indios dustbin.
