Must one get a lobotamy BEFORE becoming a college administrator or can it be done AFTER getting the job? Seems like it is always before. Even at Texas A&M (a school with a conservative student body) we have a faculty and administration that actually votes more liberal (proportionally) than U.C. Berkley. They're so far off in left field but thankfully controlled by the millions of dollars donated by former students. They can only pull so much liberal crap before the $$$ would disappear.
