Does your sole source for this quote, Justin, have a last name?

Prop 54 is nothing but an exercise in ego for the increasingly annoying Ward Connerly. But even Ward did an awful job of promoting it, so that 70% of the public believe that it will harm public health by not recording racially-germane disease info, even though it excepts that.

Is the legislature in CA dominated by the left?
The reason I ask is, here in Rhode Island, we managed to vote in a republican governor.(must have been a bug in the vote scan software)
He appears to be giving it his best, but he's being devoured by the leftists who control everything.
I imagine, by the time he's through, the left's policies will remain even more firmly in place along with the deep rooted corruption that is a hallmark of state and city government here. Things will be considerably worse off, and the sole republican in government(governor) will probably take all the blame.
People cheered when we elected a pub, but he is helpless to change anything and is constantly knifed by the dem leaders and set up as a fool by the AG.
Yet, he'll shoulder the blame for the state's continueing decline.
What is the point of having a republican governor when he is powerless? We'd have been better off with a leftist cur, who would have nobody to blame for the continued disintegration of the state.
Only the utter collapse of the leftists policies will ever lead to meaningful change here.

Here is an exact link to your claim.Apparently, also, this came from someone named "Justin" but we really don't have a way to confirm this story without "Justin's" last name. Also, perhaps "Justin" could appear in other media outlets, in print, radio or television to confirm his account on his own, or in an interview?
I'm being this harsh in my criticism because, if I were in California, I'd take this as a "deal breaker" when it came to a vote for Arnold. I wouldn't stand for it, and I'd hope no one else would. BUT, maybe, a). That's not really how it happened or b). This "Justin" is just making the whole thing up.
Again, I suggest these things because, for true conservatives, that phrase is a slap in the face and thus, it's a pretty serious charge to make, imo. A simple mention in some "post" at National Review Online, by someone without a last name......hardly a real "bombshell" in my opinion, without some kind of confirmation (and apparently the story's been "out there" for a few days already)
I don't know if we're "supposed" to know Justin's last name, or know him well or what, but if that's the case, forgive me for not being "in the know".

This is too long.
Just the quote and analysis about his patronizing response.
Tha'd make the point much clearer.

Prop. 54 is another sinister ruse of the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy, it seems.
I want to see better sources.

Thanks for the post. It is clear that we can't trust Arnold not only on abortion, guns and gays, but also on affirmative action, immigration and tax cuts. How are his views different from, say, Bill Clinton's?
Tom McClintock is California's only hope.

ARNOLD & PROP. 54 [John J. Miller] Yesterday I named three things Arnold S. could to do to appeal to conservatives. I neglected to mention a fourth: Endorse Proposition 54, Ward Connerly's latest initiative, which would ban the state from collecting information about the race and ethnicity of its citizens. For a couple of weeks, AS has said he's studying Prop. 54 and would announce his decision before Election Day. Last night, however, Connerly emailed to say AS has come out against Prop. 54. The candidate also added this little flourish: "And if the right-wing crazies have a problem with that, so be it." It is becoming increasingly clear that there is no conservative case to be made for Schwartzenegger. The man has given us "right-wing crazies" almost nothing except the hope that he might win. Friends, this is the definition of a Pyrrhic victory. Posted at 05:37 AM
What is the actual SOURCE for this? Are we willing to accept hearsay and innuendo as fact?

You know....I just don't care anymore. You McClintock supporters are obviously blind to the simple facts that rule California politics.
Support McClintock. You'll get Bust-a-move. And you deserve him. And I hope you choke on him.
But when you guys have lost a SURE WIN for the SECOND TIME in less than 12 months, don't cry or whine. Just be happy in the fact that it was YOUR GUY who lost AGAIN.
To hell with putting California in play in 2004...Go ahead...Just give those 54 Electoral Votes to the rats in a WALK. And to hell with having a California Govenor who would support President Bush and the war on terrorism...Afterall, it was New York that got hit on 9-11. California is about as far away from there as you can get.
Oh, and by the way...
When McClintock loses BIG...And he will...And you all know it...It's simple math. His political career will be DEAD. And don't whine and cry about that either. Just be happy in the fact that you supported YOUR GUY!!
