LOL! My entire desk is "kitty litter". "They" fixed the printer, by alas, it didn't last long. I think this is a case of low bidder. I have a long history with Xerox printer/copiers and never had this much grief. The only redeeming feature is that the "bigs" in HR use this machine. Ha! They are stuck. I can at least reroute my print jobs.
