Indiana Gov. Frank O'Bannon in Surgery
Radio Station WFMT ^

Posted on 09/08/2003 12:35:51 PM PDT by teletech

I was listening to the radio in the car a few minutes ago and WFMT (Chicago's Classical radio station) announced the Gov. Frank O'Bannon was rushed to Northwestern Community Hospital and was immediately taken to surgery for a Cerebral Hemorrhage. They said the surgery was expected to last 3-4 hours. That's all I know at this time.

That does NOT sound good.

Even though he is a Dem, my prayers are with him and his family.

Sorry to here that. His prognosis for a good functional outcome sounded grim even in the best case scenario.

I know he's a Democrat but my prayers are with his family.

Sorry for the duplicate post. I searched but I guess I didn't use the correct keywords.

The sad, simple fact is that "cerebral hemorrhage" combined with "severly critical condition" means already brain dead. They are trying to save his body.

There's a live news conference going on right now at Northwestern Medical.
The surgery is over and the doctors will not know his condition until later. Duh!
Other than that, a bunch of presstitutes are asking repetative questions rearding his condition.
Needless to say, the Governor is going to be out of commision for the forseeable future...
The most interesting question I've heard so far is...
Q: "Was he near death?"
A: Yes.
The Lt. Gov. has taken over Executive duties due to something refered to as a "common sense clause" in the state's constitution.

Yes he is.
He's Darth Vader and he's going to use some sort of anti-gravitational probe to shoot you full of some sort of drugs to find out what you know about the Death Star, just like in the original Star Wars movie...
